❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

At STUDO, we understand that you may need to cancel an order occasionally. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for orders placed on www.heystudo.com. Orders are shipped via Shiprocket, and payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
✅ ORDER CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse
- Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner (Shiprocket), cancellation is not possible
🕒 CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME
- Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
- Orders placed during sales or high-demand periods may be dispatched sooner and may not be eligible for cancellation

💸 REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS (RAZORPAY)
- If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation
- Bank processing time may take an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
🚫 NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS
Cancellation is not allowed for:
- Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched
- Orders where delivery attempts have already been made
- Products marked as non-cancellable (if applicable)
- Orders refused at the time of delivery
📦 REFUSAL AFTER DISPATCH
- If a shipped order is refused by the customer, it will be treated as a return-to-origin (RTO)
- Any shipping and return charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)
⚠️ FAILED / DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
- If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded via Razorpay within 5–7 business days
- Customers may be asked to provide a payment screenshot with transaction ID and date for verification
