- Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its authorized courier partners
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and courier serviceability
- STUDO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Customers must ensure the accuracy of delivery address and contact details
❌ CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method
🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Return, refund, and exchange requests are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
