At STUDO, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled when you shop on www.heystudo.com.
Our logistics partner is Shiprocket, and all online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working
- You received a wrong product
- The product is missing parts or accessories
⏰ Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
❌ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Items are returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- The issue is due to incorrect usage or mishandling
- Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

🚚 RETURN PICKUP PROCESS (SHIPROCKET)
- Approved returns will be picked up via Shiprocket courier partners
- Pickup is subject to serviceability of your PIN code
- If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product (cost details will be communicated)
🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Replacement is subject to stock availability
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
- Exchange will be initiated only after the returned item passes quality checks
💸 REFUND POLICY (RAZORPAY)
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout via Razorpay
- Refund timeline:
- Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
- Bank processing may take an additional 3–7 business days
⏳ Total refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
🚫 SHIPPING & COD CHARGES
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
📦 DAMAGED / TAMPERED PACKAGE
If you receive a package that is:
- Torn
- Leaking
- Opened or tampered
Please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately with photos/videos.
⚠️ REFUND DEDUCTIONS
Refund amounts may be adjusted in case of:
- Missing items or accessories
- Product not returned in original condition
- Return initiated without approval
🧾 FAILED OR CANCELLED PAYMENTS
- If payment is debited but order is not confirmed, the amount will be auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5–10 business days [Users are required to provide a screenshot of the payment deduction, including the transaction ID and transaction date]
- For any payment-related concerns, please contact us with transaction details
🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- If a shipped order is refused, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
